    哎呀,其实减肥啊,一定要努力一点自己减,没什么诀窍的就是运动+节食。虽然花的时间长一点,不过真的不会反弹。我曾经一气胖了大概10多公斤,后来前后花了两年的时间减下来。现在不忌口甚至不运动都不会胖啦。而且一旦自己努力减下来以后就不容易放纵自己再大吃过一阵子慢慢就习惯了。所以后面不容易再变胖啦。
